JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
– Support on planning and implementing social media and communication campaigns and strategies
– Conduct research and competitive analysis in connection with strategic work. Prepare presentations in connection with that
– Identify and track relevant community KPIs
– Planning and leading community initiatives
– Planning content Calendars for various accounts
– Support with engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts (with the support of the designers)
– Respond to customers in a timely manner
– Publish posts and content in a timely manner
– Attend photoshoot at client premises, organize and implement photoshoot sessions for organic stories, content and reels and tiktoks
– Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
– Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
– Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams
– Liaise with Development and Communication departments
– Manage the agency’s social media profiles (IG, FB, Linkedin)
– Liaise with team to gather content for agency profile
– Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
– Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
– Prepare social media reports on a monthly basis and one main presentation on quarterly basis for reviews with clients. This is done with the support of the team
Action and prepare boosting and media bookings on Facebook business manager and other.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
• Hands on experience with social media management
• Ability to interpret website traffic
• Knowledge of online marketing
• Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
• Experience in shooting and editing online content for reels, snapchat and tiktok
• Experience across all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, snapchat, tiktok, twitter and LinkedIn
• Languages : Arabic, English and French.
• Experience : 1 to 2 years
