JOB OVERVIEW
Responsibilities:
₋ Implement the Supply Chain department’s established policies and procedures and comply with Company’s other policies.
₋ Ensure all (food and Non-Food) items for Company are as per pre-existing Supplier agreements and prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
₋ Check the stock within the Warehouse and the Branches for All Items (Food and Non-Food) brand /SKUs and create an AUTO-ORDER for the items needed from each Vendor.
₋ Continually try to improve and develop business performance within the constraints of lead times, delivery schedules and order cycles for all items (food and Non-Food) items SKUs.
₋ Integrate Company (food and Non-Food) items order cycles with other key functional areas, such as but not limited to, Warehousing, Operations, Sales and other functions within Company.
₋ Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
₋ Prepare and submit periodic reports to direct management pertaining to Supplier activities of food items and any issues that may arise.
