JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
– Lead the technical team in developing and
implementing software solutions.
– Oversee the design, development, and
maintenance of server-side and client-side
architecture.
– Ensure all tech-related resources are
optimally utilized and projects are delivered
on time.
– Collaborate with Project Managers and other team leaders to align technical initiatives with business goals.
– Maintain high standards of software quality
by establishing good practices and habits
within the coding and development teams

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
– Master’s degree in a technical discipline is preferred.

Other Required Qualifications:
– Relevant technical certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc.) are a plus.
– Experience leading Agile development teams.
– Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer in the e-commerce or digital products domain.
– Deep understanding of server-side and client-side architecture patterns and best practices.

Salary range : QR 10,000 – QR15,000
