JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand the travel preferences, budgets, and specific requirements of corporate employees.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute personalized, AI-driven travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other essential travel services.
• Utilize advanced AI technologies to streamline the booking process and enhance client experience.
• Establish and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and local providers globally.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, particularly innovations in corporate travel management and AI-driven solutions.
• Accurately manage travel bookings, documentation, and financial transactions.
• Recruit, train, and manage a skilled team to expand our corporate travel service operations.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Travel Agent, ideally specializing in corporate travel management.
• Familiarity with travel reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
• Strong interest or experience in utilizing AI-based travel technologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages beneficial.
• Capability to manage complex projects independently while building and leading a team.
