Role Overview

A Travelling Butler responsible for providing personalized service to the Founder , accompanying him on regional and international trips and ensuring all personal, travel, and lifestyle needs are handled with the highest level of discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel with the principal and oversee all personal service needs.
• Handle packing, unpacking, wardrobe care, and travel logistics.
• Coordinate with household staff, PA, chauffeurs, and security teams.
• Prepare rooms, luggage, and essentials for all trips.
• Assist with daily schedules, personal requests, and last-minute changes.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and VVIP service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Travelling Butler or Personal Assistant for a VVIP or Royal Family.
• Strong luxury service background and impeccable etiquette.
• Flexible to travel frequently and on short notice.
• Highly organized, discreet, and professional.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
