    • Acting as a first point of contact between the executives .
    • Managing meetings and appointments.
    • Organizing events and conferences.
    • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
    • Managing databases and filing systems.
    • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
    • Liaising with staff
    • Collating and filing expenses.

    Requirements :

    • 5 years similar experience
    • Experience in Qatar is a must.
