    JOB OVERVIEW

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our client ‘s executive team and manage the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative and organizational skills, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As the Office Manager / Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and providing high-level support to our executives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the daily operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
    • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and employees.
    • Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
    • Assist with the preparation of expense reports, budgets, and financial documents.
    • Oversee office maintenance and liaise with building management and service providers.
    • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
    • Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management and/or executive assistance.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience in managing office budgets and financial documents is a plus.

    Salary : 1800 $-2000 USD

    Location : Beirut Downtown

    Working hours : 9:00 Am till 18:00 Pm

    working days : From Monday till Friday
