Product Owner – Lebanon/US/ India (Remotely) – $4000


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key initiatives, milestones, and timelines.
    • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights. Analyze data and customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development.
    • Product Planning and Prioritization: Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with design and development teams. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
    • Agile Project Management: Employ agile methodologies to lead cross-functional teams in product development sprints. Conduct regular stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
    • User Experience and Testing: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing product experiences. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product designs.
    • Product Launch and Optimization: Coordinate product launches, including go-to-market strategies, messaging, and marketing collateral. Continuously monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates. Clearly communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management, marketing teams, and development teams.
    • Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including design, development, marketing, and supply chain. Collaborate effectively to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
    • Management reporting: Collate and report data to the leadership from time to time.
    • Martech: Drive Martech integrations such as setting up tags/pixels, supporting the IT team is setting up dashboards, managing analytics tools such as Google Analytics etc

    Experience and Skills required:
    • Should have minimum of 8-10 years of experience in which at least 4-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the ecommerce industry, preferably in jewelry or fashion
    • Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, online shopping trends, and user behavior
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
    • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward common goals
    • Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for design and aesthetics
    • Understanding of ecommerce stack including Magento, Google Analytics, Qliksense etc

    Educational Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
